Elevate Medical Spa is an all-inclusive Medical Spa launched by Certified Nurse Practitioner Marti Goetz, FNP-C. Originally founded in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Marti was ready to bring her expertise and talent to the Petoskey area. Elevate offers a broad range of cutting-edge aesthetic treatments for men and women of all ages. Her main goal is to provide exceptional cosmetic treatments without downtime or surgery and a “less is more” philosophy.

From CoolSculpting Elite® and chemical peels to Botox® and Dermal fillers, such as Juvederm® and Restylane®, and Laser Skin Resurfacing, Marti focuses on treating complex conditions, such as stubborn pockets of fat, aging skin, unwanted fine lines and wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation skin issues. By utilizing the latest treatments and advanced training skills, Marti can reduce the appearance of aesthetic concerns with minimal discomfort and recovery periods.
