Franc Doud is a Northern Michigan Native who has spent his time on the waterways of Mackinac Island and Les Cheneaux Islands, he is now a proud resident of Petoskey/Harbor Springs area.

Before moving to Petoskey, Franc owned and operated several businesses in Northern Michigan, including Property Management and a Cottage Concierge Service. Franc knows that “Service Matters”, and is always ready and willing to go above and beyond to assure complete Customer Satisfaction.

Franc services Northern Michigan and the Eastern Upper Peninsula, Emmett, Charlevoix, Otsego, Cheboygan and Mackinac Counties. Franc is experienced in commercial, waterfront, multi- resident , single family, relocation and vacant land sales.
