50th Annual Sidewalk Sales

Bag the Best in 2015!

Looking for bargains galore, entertainment, food, and fun? Look no further than Downtown Petoskey's Sidewalk Sales, Friday, July 31 and Saturday, August 1. From shoes to handbags, shirts to dresses, scarves to jewelry, furniture, gifts, and hardware, shoppers can find the best Downtown Petoskey has to offer for the best prices of the year.

The annual Sidewalk Sales provide our Downtown merchants with the opportunity to move their stores into the streets, and present their wares in a traditional, old-fashioned sidewalk sales venue. As always, streets in Downtown Petoskey will be closed off to everything but foot traffic, and sidewalk dining options from our fabulous restaurants are available.

In addition to the lure of great bargains in an outdoor festival environment, Sidewalk Sales will also provide entertainment for the entire family with the Farmers Market on Friday on Howard Street between Mitchell and Michigan Streets from 8:30 am to mid-afternoon.

If you would like a break from shopping, the Charlotte Ross Lee Concerts in the Park series will hold a concert at noon in Pennsylvania Park. Check out the Petoskey Rocks! page for the evening entertainment.

So mark your calendars for this great shopping experience! Come early to get the best bargains, and stay for the day in our beautiful and historic Downtown, where you’ll find Treasures from the Shores to the Stores.

Sales begin at 9 am on Friday. Don’t be late!
