Haunted Halloween Feast, 6 pm
On Friday, October 25, Downtown Petoskey will promote its ghostly history with a Haunted Halloween Feast at The Stafford’s Perry Hotel. Learn about the crying toddler, the employee who fell in love with a ghostly visitor, the mysterious fan, the woman in the wall, and much more as you treat yourself to good eats in one of the most historic and haunted buildings in Downtown.
This fun night is led by historian, Chris Struble, with special guest, Bumps in the Night Paranormal Group. Enjoy great food and paranormal stories!
Roasted Parsnip Bisque; Pistachio, fried leek & carrot
Kale Mint Salad; Tender kale, crisp shiitakes, orange supremes, julienne radish. Topped with crumbled Michigan blue cheese, chiffonade of mint & red wine reduction vinaigrette. Served with cottage rolls & whipped butter

Ghostly Game Night at McLean and Eakin Booksellers, 5 pm
"A horrible crime has been committed on the grounds of Warwick Manor and it's up to the psychic investigators to get to the bottom of it. Each night the team will be met with visions, but what is the ghost trying to tell you? Saturday, October 26th
Downtown Trick or Treat, 10 am
Be ye pumpkin, princess, or pirate with superpowers, join us for the Costume Parade, before Trick or Treating Downtown! Line up starts at 9:45 am at Central Elementary School. At 10 am, Trick or Treating begins with the ghouls and gobblin’s parading their way down Howard Street to Pennsylvania Park.
Visit the Downtown Stores that display the Trick or Treat poster on their door for great treats & treasures.Trick or Treat your way through Downtown Petoskey from 10 a.m. to Noon!
Keep an eye out for businesses with a teal pumpkin, these businesses will be handing out non-food treats for trick-or-treater's with food allergies or other conditions.
Kids Buffet at the Noggin Room Pub after Trick or Treating! $2.99 per child with the purchase of an adult meal from the menu
Pumpkin Carving in Pennsylvania park, Noon
BYOPCT - Bring Your Own Pumpkin Carving Tools! We’ll have piles of pumpkins available to carve at no charge, you just have to bring your own pumpkin carving tools! We’ll have tables, chairs and composting buckets (for the pumkin guts) under the big tent in Pennsylvania Park! Come downtown and carve your pumpkin for the Jack O’ Lantern walk, which is lit at Dusk! You can also bring your already carved pumpkins for the walk, too!
Pumpkin Carving Demo with Beards Brewery Artist, Steven Bartel, 2 pm
Come check out what Beards Brewery Artist, Steven Bartel will be carving in the park! Steven is Beards artist in residence and specializes in graphic design, sculpture, drawing, painting, carpentry, and is excited to add Pumpkin art to his list of skills!
Pumpkin and a Pint, 3-6 pm
Enjoy a pint of beer and carve a pumpkin at participating locations! Pumpkins and tools will be provided. Carve your pumpkin and bring it to Pennsylvania Park for the Jack O’ Lantern walk beginning at dark. Participating locations; Beards Brewery, Noggin Room Pub
BOOOOOS Tent, 4 - 8 pm
Enjoy beer, wine and spirits (the drink kind) in Pennsylvania Park! Tunes from The Sleeping Gypsies will keep you dancing!
Pie Contest, 4pm
Do you think you make the best pie in town?! We’ll, well be the judge of that! Bring the best pie you make down to Pennsylvania Park and our guest judges will taste test and award the winner with a Golden Pie Award and Downtown Dollars! Entries must meet at the tent in Pennsylvania Park by 4 pm.
Jack O’ Lantern Walk, Dusk (6:30 pm)
At dusk on Saturday, October 26th, Downtown Petoskey will host the second annual, Jack O’ Lantern walk through Pennsylvania Park!
Bring your already carved pumpkin to Pennsylvania Park between noon and 6pm. Each carved pumpkin you bring, gets you entered into the Halloween JACKPot, full of great gifts and prizes from Downtown Merchants!
The Jack O’ Lanterns will be lit at sunset for you to walk through and enjoy all night!
Costume Contest, 7 pm
Calling all ghouls and goblins! We want to see the best costumes in town! Make your way to the BOOOOO’s Tent by 7 pm for the Costume Contest! Winner will be decided using an Applause O’ Meter, the costume with the most applause wins $100 Downtown Dollars!
Movie in the Park at Dark, 8pm
Cozy up for a special, spooky movie; Beetlejuice (PG) in Pennsylvania Park! The Movie in the Park is weather dependent and unfortantly will not be shown if it is raining. Please keep an eye on the website and our Facebook for updates.
